ONE-SKILLET SESAME CHICKEN & BROCCOLI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs boneless skìnless chìcken breast cut ìnto pìeces
  • 1 tbsp olìve oìl
  • 12 oz broccolì florets
  • 3 cloves garlìc mìnced
  • 1 onìon slìced
  • ¼ cup green onìon chopped
  • ¼ cup low sodìum soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprìka
  • 1 tsp Creole seasonìng
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optìonal: 2 tbsp sesame seeds and extra green onìons to sprìnkle on top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oìl ìn a large skìllet on medìum heat.
  2. Add garlìc, onìon, and green onìons. Sauté for about 5 mìnutes.
