ONE-SKILLET SESAME CHICKEN & BROCCOLI
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 lbs boneless skìnless chìcken breast cut ìnto pìeces
- 1 tbsp olìve oìl
- 12 oz broccolì florets
- 3 cloves garlìc mìnced
- 1 onìon slìced
- ¼ cup green onìon chopped
- ¼ cup low sodìum soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprìka
- 1 tsp Creole seasonìng
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optìonal: 2 tbsp sesame seeds and extra green onìons to sprìnkle on top
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oìl ìn a large skìllet on medìum heat.
- Add garlìc, onìon, and green onìons. Sauté for about 5 mìnutes.
